Pretty much everyone who used it had decent results for what ever purpose those links served, tier 1, tier 2, tier 1 to microsites etc.. So the whole idea is HOW you want to point those links or any other for that matter, to rank your sites.

You can't possibly expect miracles from a $30 link building service alone.
