I recently suggested to my boss that we give this service a try in order to bump a complaints board result off of the 1st page of Google for reputation management we're doing for a client.
The complaints board result was number two even after a month of linkbuilding that we paid an Indian $800 to do. Now, after 4 days of using DFB the complaints board result is number 4 and we didn't ping any of the urls.
