how about the prize is you aren't a fat fuck anymore
Haha but that alone isn't motivating enough.

I would be surprised if even 5 people participated in it though. From submitting the first pic, to the last one and actually stuck with it. It's just how these things work out :/
Yea.
+ if we want network sponsorship we need to get some high profile bloggers into this *looks at nickycakes* :1zhelp:
I already work out a decent amount and having a pretty high metabolism to start out with gives me a retarded unfair advantage.
I'm not fat either.
Whoever makes the biggest transformation, If he has a more noticable difference than you than he wins.
Just did 30 push ups, respect.
Everyone should submit weekly pics of themselves, shirtless, for forum abuse and criticism. That should add some powerful motivation.
Maybe throw some money in a pot, with the winner picked by participant vote getting the whole stack.
In 3 months I lost 42lbs. I have pics to prove it. It can be done with diet and exercise. It's not even that hard, people are just too fucking lazy.you do realize that those before and after photos are fake right? and weren't actually done in 4-12 weeks right?...right?
I once used a picture of myself in a banner ad and got a 20% CTR. True story
Someone posted a link on IRC yesterday about a photoshop plugin that generates adjustable 'after' pics based on one 'before' pic. Crazy stuff.you do realize that those before and after photos are fake right? and weren't actually done in 4-12 weeks right?...right?

Just walk into a gym and signup. afaik most respectable gyms will then assign you a training schedule and mentor based your goal(s) and will continually guide your progress. Hell I'm pretty sure if you tell the mentor you have a XX week "get ripped" bet with friends he'll laugh and set you right up. It's not uncommon for them to train people hard in the months before summer anywayIll go ahead and throw out there that I am willing to do this. I used to run 3 miles a day, but quit about three months ago. I am up to 210, but I like to stay around 190. (I am 6ft.)
I have never had muscle. Even when running, I have a big belly, that I can never get rid of. I would do this, if I could get some guidance on diet and exercise routine. The problem is, being an affiliate marketer, I dont really know what to trust, what's a scam, and what not.
Guidance, and I am in.
