Hello, I'm 27, married, currently self-employed doing odd jobs for an attorney; anything from i.t. related shit to real estate leg work for investments. -By day
-By night I'm a musician in a few bands playing anything from punk rock to weird eccentric country music. I have a few sources of income... I'm trying to access whether getting involved with AM will be able to contribute a sizable income "for me". However, I'm a complete rookie and have much to learn. This site looks pretty cool and a little more discerning compared to the barrage of utter crap on the internet.

right out to bankruptcy. My fault for being ignorant. Came close to losing my house.
It's my wife and kid I'm worried about; I don't give a rat's ass about me.
Anyway, found a good mentor online and have been learning better ways of doing
things as far as business and marketing go. Joined here for some great info.

Hi everyone, my name is Stephane, i'm a 27 years old french code monk.. no wait, java engineer working in the mobile internet industry. Just married, no kids, and living in Paris.

I've given a shot to AM/SEO/PPC a year ago or so, and lost money because of lack of commitment which I disguised as a lack of time :D

I'm getting back in it with a healthier approach : More for the love of making stuff work/getting to know everything/will to compete and dominate and to chat with a bunch of interesting/smart people.

I still don't have a mentor (yet ? pm me ! :p) and I *hate* talking to companies over the phone in english (for anti scammer verification), geez, let me email you scans of whatever you need instead ! Other than that, I have a pretty high pain tolerance as long as there is a point.
 
Hey guys, first post (even though I already tried to post twice :P and yes I do learn slowly).
Anyways, got into internet marketing stuff like half a year ago even though i spent about half that time in the jungle so basically 3 months ;) making like $1,5k a month with waaaay too much work involved.
Started with PPC recently and basically suck at it and loose all my money and am close to being broke.

Oh well it's gonna work out somehow I guess ;)

Hi everyone. Jay here from my Home in Queen Creek, Arizona. I am 34 years old and married to a gorgeous and talented artist. I have two children, a 5 year old daughter and a one year old son who I love spending all my free time with.

I have been doing affiliate and network marketing now for about a year and a half. I have a marketing blog at marketing.crazyjayz.com that I started a few months back but haven't done much with. I am hoping that taking a more active role here on this forum will inspire me to post more on my own blog.

I hope to make lots of contacts here and learn and share some good techniques and experiences with making money online.

wasn't sure what the cheapest place to buy domains though was. thought id be able to get some direction?
 
Hi everyone. I'm Mike. I'm from Australia. I have been an adult webmaster for 5-6 years. Learned alot in that time and a few recent conversations have convinced me to check out the 'mainstream' side of affiliate marketing.

Pretty keen to get started but I'm not sure if I should start with some sites on something I am interested in or with some sites reviewing high paying financial profucts (there is some crossover!).

I'm Ray and I'm from New York. A friend of mine sent me a link to the forum since I've been spending a lot of time lately working on my adsense ads, tinkering with adwords campaigns, and show an interest in dabbling in affiliate marketing. I guess that means I'm not very serious about but if if I can make a couple extra bucks a day I'll be happy with it as a side project.

Hey, I'm Jay and I'm 25... after reading a bunch of posts I feel like an old ass lol!

But I'm a huge sports fan (basketball, football, baseball) and I'm going to Game 6 of the NBA Finals tonight. I also own a few websites and blogs and love to make money online :)
