My name is Alan, I'm 26 (and feel old??), and a bartender in new brunswick, NJ, USA.

I found out about all of this SEO and PPC and affiliate marketing stuff waaaaaayyy too late in my life, and now i'm scrambling to catch up to all you young'unz.

Also, I have a lot of big dreams, but I feel like working jobs for other people is just holding me back.. I want to work for myself and make an assload of money on the internet. Also, I get fired a lot, because most employers don't like my "whatever" attitude. :(

I want to be making 5k per month as soon as possible, and this site feels like an open doorway for me to acheive that goal. But really, I just want to have enough money to pay all my bills, travel like crazy, go to this year's superbowl, and help take care of my parents.

My name is Josh Smith and I have been in the Online Marketing industry for a few years. I Started out in 2003 with with some friends/business partners buying pallets of salvage electronics, office supplies, clothing from Genco and re-selling them on ebay, liquidation, and some smaller ebay sellers. We ended up selling the business last year.

This past year I have been an affiliate marketer full time while going to college part time. I also own a pet waste removal service company with a business partner. I thankfully have a business partner that helps run the company along with two other part time employee's, as I am more of a absentee owner.

I've been a WF lurker for year now but anyhow I'm 38 year old male living in South Jersey (New Jersey) and work as as a full time Network Administrator and an Affiliate Marketer on my off hours. I have been on the internet since 1993. I owned a skateboard wheel company from 1993-1996 which got me really into graphic design and mainting my computers which led me into the world of IT of which I worked for one of the first internet companies that had an affiliate program (CDNOW Inc.). I prefer CorelDraw over Adobe Illustrator and am well skilled with Adobe Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver. I am really interested in PHP Programming lately and am looking to start building on those skills.

I got my 9 year bachelors degree in psychology, muddled around in social work for a bunch of years, and now I'm moving toward teaching science to middle schoolers...where I'll spend my summers building websites and making monies online.

So, I've been building websites since 1998, and am full of fail. I'm tired of getting paid nickles and dimes for a hundred hours of work... time to go GH/BH. Anything short of actually breaking the law, I've got kids to feed. I came across Jons blog this afternoon, good stuff.

I've been working in the technology side of the internet for the past 14 years. Started with computers over 20 years ago when my dad introduced me to IBM computers.

Just recently starting in on IM and haven't been having too much luck yet. Mostly working on Facebook ads and Adwords. Gonna have some learning ahead of me to get it right.
