Now that I have your attention, I am actually looking for some business ideas which you would start if you had a Million bucks..

What I am looking for are some conservative business ideas that one could start with a million dollars. It could be a franchise, Like those clean Motels like La Quinta, some brick and mortar... Anything that won't fail anywhere in the states, and would give me a conservative ROCE

The business should also be able to employ 10-15 fulltime employees at 200-300% minimum wage.. With enough cash flow from month 3-4 to pay for their salary, It should also be a easy to start.. Not like a Mac D franchise where you need tons of prerequisites

I have some ideas.. But looking for fresh ideas...

I have some other Web properties that I can leverage, but I will keep them separate for some other reasons..

So I am looking at a conventional brick and mortar type business with a guaranteed return on my capital employed and also having 10-15 employees is important...

Been thinking of a CPS type network too... But not sure if I can turn a profit in the first year...

Get creative.... I don't want those unconventional ideas, like that mobile toilet for rent.. I have tons of those ideas... so I don't want those..
For now, I need a list of proven businesses, with good cashflow and that can also generate employment.. and something that can also scale with time and money.. eg: I can keep on adding more hotels..more franchise outlets...

I don't want to own an apartment complex..

Strip clubs?
Wine shop chain?
 


Put out ads that you are an investor looking for a business to invest in. Get them to reveal all their research for you.

Then just take the idea and cut them out. Or be nice and give them a cut.

Businesses aren't good based on what they are, but based on a number of factors that converge (local supply/demand/special opportunities/special market considerations/etc)
 
Why do you want to take the risks of going into business with out the upside of exponential returns?


First -
Throw out the social networks and overrated app store crap.
Then
Invest 100k in 10 random incubator start ups from a top tier incubator.

Now you have
Diversification with a real upside.

Sounds like what you are really shopping for is an annuity.

now I am ready for another venture.

the current business I sold is thriving and still operating in costa rica

How did you screen your women?
 
Hotels only if they are in good locations, you will see many that are being foreclosed because the location sucks, you won't see many for sale in very good locations, if you do, they want pretty penny for it,

I was thinking of escort services, you can make a killing in it, most escorts near airports/vegas, make shit tons of money, doing around 200/ 250 hr, and even higher if they are really hot.
 
A tire Shop/ Rims Place Stero install Alarm Install and Car Wash all in the same place Dude has about 30 employes

True story bro. In good economic times, people need somewhere to store all the new shit they buy. In bad economic times people need somewhere to keep their shit when they lose their house. Good luck finding one for sale - that should tell you something.

If you want guarAntees start an organization where people have no choice to join while you give the illusion of security and community. Once they join you can then mandate that they pay a percentage of their income to you You can expand it to also collecting on things like purchases, and even death. Your income would only be limited by your imagination

Or you could start a sanitation business there is a lot of money in shit and would meet all your requirements (other than guaranteed that's only available in plan A)
