I could use some help. I sent 2 messages through the contact page on BLG about billing and I haven't gotten a response to either one. I am still getting billed out at the $199 price point. I have been a customer since early on. Can you guys fix this and credit me for the difference or somehow compensate me?

The Genie has decreed that 2.0 accounts should have unique usernames!

Since many 2.0 sites use the username as the subdomain having a unique username for each 2.0 site provides less of a footprint. Reports have been reformatted with 2 sets of urls. The first set has the url and the user pass one per line. Then the second set is just the urls in case you want to copy and paste them.

Does the test/test account have access to all the features? I was just tinkering w/ it and had some questions...

* I couldn't find the option to schedule the multi-day projects. Was this disabled for the test account?
* I saw a number of pre-defined multi-day project templates. Can I define my own? For instance, I'd like to do a 2-day: day 1) 100 social bookmarks, day 2) linkwheel.

Yes the test account should be fully functional except it will not run any projects you schedule. To schedule a multiday project you have to click the date number on the calendar you want to be day one. Then you can choose the multi day from the drop down list. This is to prevent overlapping projects. We will be fixing it so you can just check off day one on the front calendar and if you have any projects that are in the way of the multiday it will give you an error message.


Also, the sky is the limit on you building your custom tiered project. You can simply use a date variable. Look at the help tab under date variables and you can learn more.

The watered down version goes like this.

Day one - schedule a social bookmark project.
Day two - Schedule a profile linkwheel project and when setting up the project input @@yesterday@@ in the url field add the anchors you want.
That's it you have a 2 day tiered setup ready to go. You could go ahead and schedule it once a week or how ever often you like.

This will grab the urls from the previous day and use them as the target. You can also use an actual date if you like in this format. @@2011-07-16@@. If you wanted to point links at a project next month to one that is going tomorrow you could go ahead and create it and schedule it and forget it.

Actually, we did upgrade our 2.0 script this week. You will notice the new report format as well as an increase in the number of sites.

Got some big updates in the pipe about to roll out very soon so keep looking.

Looks promising. Just signed up! I'm looking fwd to compare results w/ BLG vs linkpushing (which I've been using for a number of months now).

Another question...
How large is inventory of you social bookmarking sites? If I were to run the 100 social bookmarks for the same URL 30 times, would that exhaust your list--or, at least, only create PR0 bookmarks after X runs?

on you sign up page the "sign up now" buttons are around the wrong way the Premium account says $67.00 when you click on it and the standard says $137.00 when you click on it.

In a project, the URLs and the keywords aren't matching:

URL2{keywordURL2}
URL3{keywordURL3}

I ended up having one profile with URL1 and keywordURL3 !!
And the signature was a complete mess "keywordURL1 URL2 keywordURL3" all into one link to URL1!!!

I'm one of the programmers for BLG and have investigated your issue. It looks like you placed URLs 2 and 3 on the same line when you created your project. It is very important that each URL be on separate lines, which it looked like you did for the first URL because those were showing up just fine. We looked at other projects similar to yours with multiple URLs with specific anchors and they were showing the correct results, so it does work.

If you make the necessary adjustments to your project we can rerun it. Just contact our support email when you have done so. If you have any future issues with our service we would encourage you to contact our support email. That is the best way to let us know about any issues that may arise with your projects as we are always checking it.

BS! Not at all!! I checked the "Associate URLs with Specific Anchors " checkbox, and did it like this:

URL1{keywordURL1}
URL2{keywordURL2}
URL3{keywordURL3}

I am not risking to test your system again, find another moron to do it. I won't put more than 1 URL in this!

We looked at other projects similar to yours with multiple URLs with specific anchors and they were showing the correct results, so it does work.

I don't know about the others, I am talking about the only & first project i've run through your system.

Thanks for notice got it fixed. That was my personal mistake I uploaded the new code and did not change the button location.

We pulled up your project info and can clearly see the info that was used to run your project. As saber pointed out urls2 and 3 were on a single line. It's an easy copy and paste issue. After the fact you edited your project details to have just one url/anchor. We pulled the original info you had and cleaned it up by putting one url/anchor combo per line. We have the project set to rerun again today.

We also checked a number of other projects that ran today to verify that our site and script were running properly. I realize it does not affect you personally but we need to verify the issue is not wide spread.

Also, there is no need for us to find any other moron to "test" our system. The last open spot was filled yesterday.

Look for your new report shortly.

Thanks for stepping up and coming to our defense. Our system is not perfect by any means and hiccups can and do occur but when they do we hop right on them and make it right even when there is nothing wrong with the scripts As always, the fastest way to get our attention and receive support is through the contact us form on our site. It is monitored much more than this thread.

1. I did not feel like it was necessary for us to apologize for you being such an ass in our sales thread.
2. We did rerun your project earlier today with the urls one per line and it ran just fine. So we did fix YOUR mess and were happy to do so.
3. You are talking straight with the developers and they are telling you what is wrong and you are to much of a bonehead to listen. You would think we know a little bit about the system.

We run so many projects each and every day that something so simple as this is truly a joke.

Yeah at first I laughed too but then it irritated me. I probably should have been more professional and ignored it but it was one of those days. It's all good now though.

We have not officially changed our minimum amount of guaranteed web 2.0's.
I can tell you this for today's web 2.0 projects the number ranges from 16 to 24. Our script is still new and we want to see how it holds up over time. If it will constantly produce those numbers we will bump our guaranteed delivery up.
