I could use some help. I sent 2 messages through the contact page on BLG about billing and I haven't gotten a response to either one. I am still getting billed out at the $199 price point. I have been a customer since early on. Can you guys fix this and credit me for the difference or somehow compensate me?

The Genie has decreed that 2.0 accounts should have unique usernames!
Since many 2.0 sites use the username as the subdomain having a unique username for each 2.0 site provides less of a footprint. Reports have been reformatted with 2 sets of urls. The first set has the url and the user pass one per line. Then the second set is just the urls in case you want to copy and paste them.
