I've been planning on ordering a package from OnTheWayUp. I probably will do so within the next week or two. As such, I've dropped in this thread from time to time. The recent uproar has only increased my interest in OnTheWayUp's services. A customer points out a flaw with his service and rather than be defensive, he takes full responsibility and vows to correct what he's able to correct.
That, in my (potentially valueless) opinion, is fantastic service and suggests a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

It's been over a week since my site lost all of it's rankings from this fucking package and that's made us lose easily over $1,000 in profit. What is even more mind boggling to me is that I have purchased backlink arena from you previously and had great results. So it is fucking baffling to me that this was that fucked up. Pasha had to go in and delete the links that you fucked up so royally, and then today found out that all of the links had been DOUBLED FUCKING POSTED -- which I am hoping will not delay us even fucking further from getting our goddamn site back up to it's ranking.
Needless to say I am fucking FURIOUS and this is inexcusable. When you're dealing with someones business and livelihood this kind of unprofessional shit is NOT ACCEPTABLE.
And even worse, you fucking make Pasha (who owns at SEO) look bad from this shit.

seiux - You're right, it unexcusable. We're already making the changes now as we speak. I didn't want Pasha to fix these issues himself, because it was my overlook. I had someone build out the wikis, only to find out that yours got double posted.
No one is trying to make pasha look bad. Me and pasha have been trying to fix these issues from the time we found it. What you're talking about is the Wiki King. The bad thing is that no one else experienced a drop from the wiki package. We tested for two months before launching.
Either way, we've already fixed the whois issue for the wikis. The double posting issue has been fixed. We're now eliminating all other footprints. I'll be pulling an allnighter just to fix all issues.

I just wanted to reply in this thread as a future customer but also to give support to onthewayup.
I havent ordered onthewayup service yet because i wanted to do the superminerit and the backlinkarena at the same time on a very difficult keyword. iv always been just a few hundred short when i finish out my orders but im hopefully going to order soon.
that being said the reason i wanted to reply was to give my support to what onthewayup is doing. Hes working hard for his family, for his customers and isnt a lazy bugger as anyone can see that.
Some might say, those were easy things to over look, well sure.. but how many of us have made mistakes like this.. not just in life but with our clients? i know i have and can appreciate that its not done on purpose.

Well actually I'd like to ask for a refund here to, I am not mentioning any loss which I had over 3 weeks being sandboxed started like 2 days after you finished the second package I am just asking what I spent on you.
Delete your wiki shit, delete everything you created for me and just stop harming my rankings with the duplicate content issue. I had this problem with a different provider and you told me it's probably lost rankings due to the provider putting up 100% duplicate content, so now you did same ? If you care that much about your customers, refund me. Just what I paid not what I lost due to your shit hammering me down in an extremely competitive market. Beside that, you did not provide at all what you stated in your product description.
Dude, I have a site that got sand boxed instantly after this package too... I've lost a good chunk of money on that site, but I'm not going to ask for a refund. It's a risk we all take dealing in this kind of environment. Sites react differently (my other order worked awesome) and there's no guarantee any of this shit is going to work.

The service moved my serp position up at the time of writing and thats all that matters. I wrote what I perceived at the time I got the service. I am not and will not come back 3 weeks later and post a re review for ANY service as I have other shit to do like making money on other sites.
I also am not worried if the properties have:
1. a logo
2. a certain timestamp or a username that is 100% different from the last property
3. 97.934627486234872% unique readable content
4. private whois and nameserver domains that are l33t and unique and never registered before.
5. who the fuck invented wiki spamming first

It was later after the fact my site moved back down.

Jesus fucking christ man. My site went from #5 for a VERY profitable keyword to somewhere in the 150's. But I'm not asking for a refund. This shit is to be expected. Eventually, the site will come back. If you're not working on 5-10 other sites in the meantime, then your doing it wrong
