Completed p90x and Insanity and Insanity twice.
I now do the upgraded advanced workouts here an there as I have taken up weightlifting/bodybuilding.
Either or, but diet, exercise + rest in that order. Do whatever you have to, to get rid of any stress in life. Personally I'm on 50mg Zoloft + .5 mg Klonopin daily and never felt this good in my life. I'm 30 yrs old.
Anyone here that has seen me at an event or follows my Facebook knows I'm not bullshitting. I'm no weightloss expert but I shed nearly 100 pounds in a 10 month period.
When I started p90x I did pushups on my knees and was unable to complete a pullup. I do sets of 25 pushups, 200 daily, 7 days a week. I've been caught in the Walmart parking lot doing pushups. I've been seen at a movie theatre doing pushups while waiting in line. It's a lifestyle change. On a saturday I've completed 1,000 pushups and 300 pullups (various styles).
This all came in one year's time. The point is get motivated, and do whatever. Just make sure your "doing"
