Your favorite WF posters

Guerilla. His posts turned me onto Austrian economics. I started reading sites like mises.org and lewrockwell.com as a result of links he posted.

guerilla - Hall of Famer for obvious reasons.

xmcp123 - Reasons similar to guerilla.

UG - great sense of humor. Great info on domains.

kingofsp - every time he posts, it's like someone is raking the needle across the record. Out-of-left-field sense of humor.

riddarwhateverhernameis - because she is ridiculous in almost every post she makes. Even better because she doesn't realize it. I read her posts for the laughs.

dchuk - Awesome info, helpful.

Rexibit - One of the most consistently helpful people on WF.

efreezy, medicalhumour, jryan21 - can't put my finger on it, but I read every post they make.

People I miss:

logic_flux - smart and funny.

PhreOnBurn - always seemed to be in trouble. Fascinating to read.

* We should have a "Your Least Favorite WF Posters" thread.

In no particular order,

  • Eli - His posts are like a crescendo of euphoric passion that makes me literally climax as his post climaxes, dunno; it's just his writing.
  • Dchuk - The pink shirt still freaks me out, but he has some awesome advice.
  • SEO_Mike - Awesome advice, I hope he runs another competition in the future too.
  • Erect - the dude has some seriously emo images, love his banning posts.
  • Jon - He's straight and to the point. He's one Jew who isn't stingy with sharing his wealth... of feelings. His Pace comments made me laugh hard.
There's more, but they've already been named by others.

I wonder how many people -- excluding myself, of course -- will check this thread just to see if they've been listed?

I used to hate Dullspace, but he pulled a double win by 1) starting to post for reasons other than being a sanctimonious cunt and 2) actually turning out to know what he's talking about, unlike most people who hang out at forums being sanctimonious cunts and assuring people that they should just trust them because they know what they're talking about.

Turbolapp because I am Turbolapp's shameless #1 fanboy, and also because I actually have a ton of respect for her having jumped into this and gone from hot chick newbie -- the easiest target of them all -- to having respect and accomplishing a level of success that eludes the majority of other people who dick around and talk shit when they should be working, and in a pretty short timeframe as well.

Eli and emp and UG and most of the other "old guard" members, are some of the most valuable members in terms of the quality of stuff they post. When I came here I had more than a decade experience marketing online, and nearly two decades offline, and still I felt like a millionaire serving drinks at a club for billionaires because of these guys. An attempt to list them all would inevitably lead to one getting left out, so I will leave it at "Eli, emp, guys like that" and assume that you know what I mean.

nyranprooven and dchuk and Rage9 and other guys who can break down code and make it look like English, which is something I speak, instead of Swahipaneseish, which is what code generally looks like to me. Years and years of attempting to get a serious base of code underneath me has been largely fruitles. This forum has a handful of incredibly good "translators" and your assistance in getting my shit done is appreciated more than I can say. Like the "old guard baller" group there are more here than I could realistically list, so ... "people like that."
