Pingler changed their service, one can only ping a URL two times per day.
For the time being, I will keep the same rates for this service. Tor+FF=WIN. Current rates are here to stay at least by the end of the week.
$15 per hundred "raw" submissions, $20 per hundred submissions with 1 url per acct

Pingler is being funky these days. Captchas don't work and the 2 URL's per IP policy is being enforced every once in a blue moon. For real, I pinged 15-ish URLs from the main IP, then switched to TOR when it started bitching, pinged two more, disabled TOR, pingled another 10, went back to TOR, pinged another 40 and so on.
I can't raise the rates for my service, given the above. So the $15/$20 rates are still on, together with the 20% discount on 10+ URLs.
