Guys, I want to give you an advice. If you have the chance to go international with this shit, do it now. The US is so far ahead of other countries in terms of internet apps and new 'HOT' things since there's so many active internet entrepeneurs (is that the right word :x?).

For example, a directory like this in the Netherlands & Belgium doesn't exist yet. Now what are you waiting for? Get working on starting one !

Well I'm still srapping by (wow that was terrible) with the freebie software I got. Yours are for particular niches correct? I'm doing a generic all inclusive directory for a particular location (with a twist). But I may need you in the future if that's alright ? :updown:

I dont really have one as I dont really run a directory. I am just responding to the demand for a YellowPages scraper.

My previous customers seem to be overly content with the functionality of this tool and it sounds like its working for them great. Feel free to ask one of the customers have posted in this thread though.

It outputs to CSV format and I assume some directory script such as phpMyDirectory would accept that since thats what everyones using it for.

mine are for particular categories, correct. you go to yellowpages and can scrape business categories (go to yellowpages.com and look at their site architecture/organization to see what i mean)

The standard Version 4.3.3 PHP should work just fine, there is no need to set Global Variables, ect..., basically no special requirements, but in my opinion to be safe try to be using at least PHP 4.3 or higher.

I'll be helping krazyjosh5 push out a yellowpages.ca version as well so you'll soon be able to get both Canadian and American results.
