Anyone use them on a regular basis? I noticed they are all Asian employees so not sure what to make of a place who's employment policy is akin to a Chinese take out.

They are legit and trust worthy.Now they also opened yeahincent which is an incentivized network.They have very good tracking and also catch fraud easily.
They are far from legit, A long time ago i promoted a incentive offer Bingo liner was 5.50 per download, I used incent traffic by offering points for gift cards (like i stated this was back when reward scripts were not so saturated. I went to log in and account was blocked, When i asked them why i was told that the traffic was trash and didnt back out for them,

They were right, cash/points incentive are Trash indeed, which can hardly back out for advertisers.
YeahCPA and YeahMobi are both far more legit than 1stClassCPA.
