We still have the payment processor issue unresolved. At the moment it's hard to tell when it will be back up again. I'll make an update when I have some more information about the paid service restart.
^ this. No reply for our many support messages; no blasts; nothing. I get the impression they are no longer in business. Very sad; if not, I'd like to see a "what's going on" update.
I'm sorry for longer response time guys. It's been hard to cope with recent issues and over time the situation with blastbank has been even more complex. I'm going to answer all messages till the end of the weekend but I'm sorry it took so long.
After the problems with payment processor I had a hard time to resolve those issues with my business partner and without his involvement it's impossible to make the service active again. The blasts stopped on March 1st and I found out about it just yesterday. It seems like it will be very hard to further cooperate with my business partner who's been responsible for the technical side of the service.
I'm sorry for recent miscommunication and although I'm sure everyone's paid period has been completed, I know it can be a big disappointment. I wish I could resolve this issue by myself but without having access to the root service I'm just able to answer your questions. Although I'm not ruling out activating the service again I want to apologize everyone who's been put off by unreliability of the service in the last days.
well... that answers all my questions..... but thats business when you think its all going to work out it kicks you in the ass. Good luck finding someone else to do the blasts for you. It was a good service while it lasted fingers crossed you can get it up and running again
