Am I understanding this correctly?

You now only do 10 links per profile and won't mix in normal topics with adult/gambling?

Ordered 75 bookmarks, got 100.
Pagerank: 86xPR0, 12xPR1-3, 1xPR4

Let's filter to the highest quality bookmarks:
100 bookmarks
- 82 nofollow
- 5 non-existant
= 13 dofollow

Going further:
13 dofollow
- 12 PR0
= 1 PR4 dofollow

Verdict. Got 13 dofollow bookmarks out of 100, and only 1 higher than PR0. Surely not the highest quality service. But cheap. Worth $2? You decide.

Still waiting for my 25 highest PR dofollow package, will be interesting to see the report.
 
Received the report for "25 high PR dofollow" package:
26 bookmarks
7 dofollow: 3xPR0, 4xPR5
15 nofollow: 1xPR0, 1xPR1, 1xPR3, 3xPR6, 3xPR7, 6xPR8
4 not found

Well, the results now were *much* better than last time. Still, only 30% were dofollow, but if you don't care for this dofollow/nofollow thing, then it's a really good deal. Most high quality sites in the report: yahoo buzz, mixx, reddit, delicious, diigo, friendfeed, stumbleupon, digg, even tumblr.
