I'm looking for somebody who can create web 2.0s on a big scale. I don't mind if you use software but you must meet the following conditions:
- New account with a fresh IP for every set of articles (e.g I might give you 10 spun articles, you can post all 10 articles under one account but you cannot reuse the account for that batch of articles).
