Working out

We have a nautilus weight machine. I don't use it, though ;)

I like swimming, golfing, bike riding, tennis, and other sports like that where I can take it easy if I like, so I'm not too terrible.

One of the toughest things about being a web developer is that I sit on my ass all day.
I know exactly what you mean. There's no reason to get up when so much of what you need is within reach (literally)

I dont visit the gym but I try to go out at least 2 or 3 times a week to the handball courts (a sport that seems to only exist in NY)

there's a beach not too far from where I live so whenever the girls are around we go hang out there.

other then that, Im a lazy bum.

Work out at least 3 days a week, try to get 5. I play soccer twice a week with some high school buddies, and run on the off days. Eat pretty well (no fast food, order out, etc. except once in awhile) and try and stay fit.

I can echo that I seem to have more energy, better moods, more productive etc. since keeping that routine.

It's not complicated to be in good shape. It's not easy, but it's not complicated either.

Go to your local gym, sign up with a trainer for a week to get you on a workout plan. Have him/her work you out for the week to make sure you're
doing everything right.

Eat right and stick with your routine. It's really simple. It takes detication at first, but once you're there... it's atticting and much easier to maintain.

You're more confident in everything you do, better in bed, just makes you an all around heathier, and better person.

I work out everyday. I get up at 5:30, check e-mail and such and then I work out for about 40 minutes then get to work. I try and bike a couple times a week also.

Running is the best exercize for the lazy internet geek in all of us.
I can't run for shit. Too high-impact. If you're running just for exercise, there are much better forms of exercise.
