Will Facebook Ever Die?

With Mark Zuckerberg running Facebook, it's less likely to die. He knows how to keep up with changing trends. Take a look at VR development they are doing. Unparalleled.

If Facebook stop updating with new technology and they have strict rules means it will.

But I don't think they will let it die after earning this much

Facebook is the Best for digital marketing

Facebook is most growing marketplace right now. As sellers can put ads on facebook about their products. Customers can know what is going in market right now. This provide a good business without communication gap. So sellers can do business from their homes.

Every product has four stages. Like Introduction, Growth, Mature, Decline. I think Facebook still at Growth stage. So, it may take 15+ years to get it at decline stage.

That is least likely to happen now though not impossible perhaps in a decades time. it may like friendster and multiply but not after like 15-20 years ahead if it doesn't adapt. I mean people are becoming more and more hassled over the FB updates and I've got heaps of friends who prefer using Insta over FB (even with the FB lite app). so yeah, if FB won't adapt to the changing trend, then it's heading for a downward spiral

No but...

For sure, it will not die - but it will probably lose relevance. We saw it with StudyVZ and many others. They growth are the best and then reach a point when they slow down and after a few years, they still exist - but are not as dominant anymore.

There is almost no sense to use facebook and only to show others how good your live is, is not joyfull on the longrun.

Most people are already getting sick of the constant ads on Facebook, which we can notice by it's declining user numbers. But I still believe it will survive for many more years. A lot of users rely on Facebook to drive traffic to their sites, while businesses use it to communicate with their audience.

I sincerely hope that it will. No hard feelings for Facebook, but with all the policy, UX/UI, users banned for nothing, etc. - perhaps it's sonly a matter of time when there'll be something other that fb.

I think FB would be there for some years. This platform functions more than what is created for - it is being utilized by businesses. Probably if it won't be innovated and adaptable to change according to needs then it might be replaced by a more suitable hub.
