wickedfire comparison with other forums



Well wickedfire didn't permanently ban me on my first post for breaking a rule. I've also found a lot of useful information here.

damn, i'm glad I came across this place first and not some other crappy IM board..

I never would have kept at it.

i've been a member on several forums on quite a different subject for many years. One of those forums rose above the others as a place where higher thinkers prevailed. Free speech and calling shit "shit" was the rule.

I have found WF to be of similar mind. From the moment I read all the newbie warning & info threads I knew this was the place for me.

Several highly respected members helped guide me in my early days. They didn't have to but did anyway and for that I am truly grateful... you now who you are.

I know at the end of a 10 page thread whats what and it has helped me increase my own site's rankings.

I also like the naked ladies.
 
Here you learn to ride the bike hard and quick. You smack pavement and get road rash right out of the gate. The other forums have training wheels and pretty tassels on the handlebars with flowers on the baskets. This is the forum your mother warned you about but secretly wish she dated in high school.
 
People hate this site because a lot of people on here are serious dicks. When someone says something stupid they get a pretty nice verbal lashing.

Now, would you rather read a board full of assholes that will actually teach you something or a board full of nice idiots that will feed you almost nothing but blatantly wrong information? Good riddance to the people on those other forums.
