Warren Buffett isnt that smart. He didnt predict the crash like peter schiff, ron paul and other people.
Buffett talks alot but i dont think he is that smart. Robert Kiyosaki is alot smarter then him and has said that he uses loopholes and he is able to hire more people and give money to charities.
Im sick of hearing about Buffett he is just like every other rich person who was poor. He was a libertarian then all the sudden he makes his money, and he wants to take care of everybody with government intervention.

What made the last 8 years intolerable to me was the flat out, bald faced, "we don't give a shit what people think anymore, we are blatantly screwing you, the constitution, and btw, stealing money while we are at it, all in the name of making you safe. We, the government know what is best."
Not tin foil hatting it on 9/11, but boy were they ready with legislation to lock stuff down and pressure those that didn't support it even though it trampled the bill of rights.
Politics has always been about backdoor deals, graft, etc . . it's just now it's being made legal while stripping citizen rights at the same time.
All of the things listed were huge drains on the federal budget, capped off with TARP. The difference is that everything but TARP has to do with trampling citizens rights . . . and we fucking paid for it. Brilliant!
And those other programs (Halliburton and Blackwater are programs, war never declared) were shoved through in the name of patriotism and protecting apple pie and the flag.

you're exactly right about the first part. he looked straight at us and campaigned on change while the people vested in the status quo were stuffing money into his wallet.
