Uh no. If you lie about pre-existing conditions that's a problem. Giving the insurance companies a 6 month period to assess their risk and combat fraud is necessary. Health care fraud is already massive.
That's all recissions are about. But it's obviously being abused. So you restrict that abuse. Is that so hard to understand?
It keeps the companies viable and protects their risk, and means that you have a pretty damn solid chance that you will be covered no matter what happens.
My premium is just fine. And it doesn't speak for itself. All it says is you 100% have no idea what you're talking about when it comes to inflation.
The same amount of money flowing around 1 country has nothing to do with inflation. Inflation is when there is more money printed than their is anything to back the currency.
What you're describing does not affect it in any way, shape, or form.

This is my bet: You knew you wanted a government run health care that covers every single person(even those who don't pay) before you looked at any of the information. You then looked for ways to justify and legitimize your point of view. That's not how it works. You start with the evidence and follow that to the conclusion. Not the other way around.
So, with all this in mind, if we were to live outside the US, we would only have to pay taxes on income earned after the first 80k?
Also, a lot of US businesses have offices in foreign countries. They then pay a much lower tax rate on income earned in those countries. Can small biz's such as many of ours pull that off too?

I disagree with your position about the recissions and the preexisting conditions because all conditions need to be covered or else any of us could go broke at any time. I don't believe in health care that itemizes and excludes payment for preexisting conditions, which totally contradicts the purpose of insurance.
I haven't time to sort out all your points and argue with them because health care discussions tend to be a time sucking maw.
