Used Franks for a while, it's OK. I hate Tabasco because of the flavor.

For chili and whatnot I use Sriracha HOT Chili Sauce. It has a better taste and goes with just about anything, and it's fucking hot as hell.

Had some of this stuff today, and the best description of it it HOLY FUCKING SHIT 357,000 SCOVILLE UNITS IS HOT. The two medium/large drops I used on my sandwich (no drop-control top, mind you) were enough to set my mouth on fire for the whole sandwich. Deliciously hot, though.
