What's up with A4DTracker right now?

Is something up with A4D right now (i.e. is Hitpath down or something like that)? When I login, my MTD, YTD earnings are all at zero, and I can't navigate anywhere in the site. I can't get any reporting to work.

Worst of all, all my campaigns that I am running are all dead links when I click on them from my landing pages and offers. I just wonder how long this has been going on and how much traffic I've wasted to a dead offer. WTF? :glowingeyes_sml:

It's intermittent. When I refresh my homepage, all of a sudden my info is there. But then when I click a link (i.e. reporting), it dies again.

My campaigns are still toast. Definitely paused for now but this really sucks.

damn u know whats so fuckin funny is how many networks moved from directtrack to Hitpath. Well no shit hitpath is a better solution right now!!.. that's because they don't have a large client base like DT does. I foresee the same issues with Hitpath. There staff is small and customer support sucks.. Takes 3 weeks to get a demo.. Good luck for those who have moved!

Just got back to a computer birthing classes with the wife. Sorry I wasn't here earlier but I was working with hitpath via text msg's to get to the bottom of things. It looks like what happened was an affiliate sending ppv traffic, direct linking, which was basically DDOS'ing the server. He was sending 200-300k clicks in a matter of 45 mins to 1 hour. This will pretty much cripple anything with a server that uses DB connections.

With that said I'm going to send out an email and put in to effect a policy that if you want to run PPV traffic it needs to go to a presell page first. Honestly this usually works a lot better anyways.

Sorry about the issues everyone I'll do my best to make sure it doesn't happen again.
