I just wondered how you accessed a banned site (Just found it's banned in the US only). Meant nothing about their customer support.

Our cancellation process is about as easy as it gets.
Seriously, this is it: Enter your email/username/password. Click submit. Done. Your credit card is gone and you will not be billed. I really cannot think of a way in which this could be difficult or confusing.
If anyone can find a more customer friendly way of doing it than: Allowing immediate online cancellations, not requiring human contact to cancel and allowing refunds if the person has not been frequently using the software, I'd love to hear it.
 
Will since you ASKED, you could send a trial expiration reminder 3 times in the span of 72 hours before the trial expiration/billing date.

I had this one chick that made the best pancakes I ever had in this lifetime. I would've married her just for the pancakes. Now she has like 5 fucking rug rats and I would still marry her (only if she hasn't lost her touch).

I've subscribed and cancelled twice and never had a problem. But, they never did send me any damn pancakes. Bastards!
 
my bad for not following up my attempt to cancel their service (had issues with teh cancel button) but when i got the email that my cc was billed, i contacted them and they promptly issued and cancelled. that's my experience.
