already doing that..

I have several websites and directorys that send leads to other contractors...plumbers, carpet cleaners, locksmiths, fishing boats, restaurants etc...

I saw how easy the internet can get customers to local businesses so I created my own cleaning business and get calls for work. I pick and choose what jobs I want to take based on how much excercise I need, not on how much money I want to make...the cash money part is just a perk.

you guys should try it. instead of paying $20 a month to work out at a gym, try getting paid $50-100 an hour cleaning someones yard or house.

Your average 9-5 employee who makes 40k a year will pull in about $20 an hour X 8hrs = $160 a day
I make $200 in 3 hours mowing a lawn and 99% its cash money, no taxes- F*** uncle Obama.

Your argument would make sense if you had 3x $200 clients every single day. But if you only have one of those clients every couple days than you are better off picking up the $40k/year job.
 
^ Im not doing it for a living, thats where my fulltime job and IM monies come in. The $200 dollar days are my "work out" days.

I was just comparing what a salary worker makes in 8hrs while on a leash ($160).
To what mowing lawns and cleaning windows could do in 3hrs ($200)

Finally got a reply email from the guy saying he sent the check in the mail today.

I emailed him yesterday with the subject: "I am sending an attorneys letter to your address"

I guess that got his attention. Hows that for a BS threat! :)

We will see if the check comes though because He said that twice in the past already about the check coming.
 
Is it common in west to be paid net 30 or so ? Never heard about it, here it's instant like some mentioned. Net 30 = I have no money to pay right now. If so then fuck you and good luck.
 
Everyone who says "get paid up front" is a fuckin idiot and has no idea how business works outside of the marketing world...
 
Just give us the guys number. Someone on here (including myself) is willing to take 10 min to have a talk with this guy.
 
Attack his property with Neverending Lawn (TM). That way his lawn will be full of long untrimmed grass forever, no matter how often he decides to mow it.
 
If you're really serious to get the full amount then involve the reputed persons in that matter for the better and proper solution.

I have done something very similar to this just to fuck with someone and it is very effective. When you get paid, this should defiantly be done if you want a good laugh to yourself.
 
you should always get half the money up front.
...after that if its worth it you pursue it...if its not...move on
