Use your imagination.

Im going to email him the links to all the reviews out on the net about him and probably just move on. Karma is a bitch so he is the one that has to live with the guilty conscious.

I wouldn't tip him off to what you've done. You are just giving him an easy guide on how to deal with the problem and showing him exactly where to leave more positive reviews to drown you out. He may never google himself and not know for a long time.

also, once when i was a kid some guys i knew wrote "fuck you bitch" in bleach on a teacher's lawn. just sayin' i seriously don't condone destroying property.

Just for good measure:

Send an invoice to the place you cut the lawn at. If you spend a little time annoying them; they'll likely call the agent and bitch at him. Not a solution, but will further add to his embarassment. If you know anything about his habits, you can go around to a few haunts of his, houses he's showing, etc... and politely ask if he's around -- tell them he owes you money and you need to speak with him ASAP.

This would only be for vengence though: You could be better served by making more money and forgetting about the loser.

Maybe in fancy "I make this shit up" land, but in real life that's not how businesses work. Most medium to large businesses operate on net 30, if you think they will operate on NEGATIVE net 30, you're a fucking moron.

Make people sign a contract, even if that shit won't hold up in court most people will not fuck you over $200 if there is a chance for getting sued. Some guys are douchebags and will try to fuck you and that's when you take them to small claims - in most cases it'll be open and shut.

I've worked with many Fortune 1000 companies and a few Fortune 500 companies, and have been paid upfront substantially.

Not sure where you're getting your misinformation.

This. The only one who balked was the Guggenheim Nicklaus cunts and it turned out to be a great bullshit detector, as they wanted to do $250k + worth of work on net 120, and then proceeded to fuck hundreds of contractors out of Millions of dollars before having that subsidiary LLC go Chapter 11. The bigger the company, the more I want my money up front.

Call him up ask politely if he is going to take care of this. Get a deadline by him if he doesn't provide then you set one (say like by friday or the end of the month etc). If he flakes tell him you'll have not choice by small claims and file report on his real estate license. You can also leave feedback on ripoffreports and the many other sites out there that destroys peoples reputations quickly online.

Take it as far as you'd like but provide one last chance once you start the process or submit negative info online - it's there forever.

ALWAYS GET PAID FIRST!

As a freelancer? or a company? For large $$ items (ie. containers of produce) it's often done on a purchase order or net 30 +.

I know for a fact that the supermarkets down here work on net 90, and large companies (ie. Coca-cola ) do similar.

Any large contract that I've secured which has required tendering has always been at least net30. If you guys are able to operate by getting paid upfront in full, good-for-fucking-you.

I doubt any of you are getting paid the whole amount upfront in full, in which case the OP's point still stands.

Hey guys I mow lawns as a side business to make some quick cash.
As a fellow McG fan I'm going to take it easy on you oldgym... But your whole problem is right here in the first sentence.

How do you think you're ever going to make it to supreme baller status if you spend time mowing lawns?!? Doing menial work like this and housecleaning is good for one thing and one thing only: Reduction of your income.

So is revenge.

So is "throwing good money after foolishness." (Or good time, in the case of writing lots of ripoffreport and Y! reviews.)

You gotta let this go man, and move forward... The best thing you can do is learn from this billing mistake and go make teh google moniez online right now!

I still think putting his phone number on a list where solicitors call is a good way to waste alot of his time. I get calls every once in a while from seo companys trying to sell their services and it bugs the hell out of me. I am a busy person and when a solicitor calls my phone and wastes even 10 seconds of my time I get pissed.

Sign him up for every CPA offer free quote you can find. Insurance, alarms, health care... the phone won't stop ringing and it will be impossible to stop.

I'm going to throw this out there...

Instead of doing lawn mowing... Why not sell leads to lawn mowers? I mean, three years on an internet marketing forum and you're doing work that a 12 year is qualified for?

Post on craigslist he has a house with free rent for 30 days with no credit check, he will get 100 calls from squatters a day!!

Couple things you may want to keep in mind. If you do show up at his office he may file charges stating that you are harassing him. With the majority of my clients I make them sign contracts or letters of intent. So if they do try and skip out on paying I have documents stating otherwise and it makes it easier to collect. If he works for a large enough real estate firm invoice them because he still has to pay some commission to the firm that holds his license and they will take that amount out of his next commission.

My online incomes have been up and down over the years, I hit it big for a few months couple years ago but have never been able to get a break since. Got a couple of small IM projects that are consistent at bringing in 100-200 dollar per month.

I dont have a gym membership so I put two and two together....get paid to work out mowing lawns, cleaning windows etc...These activities does not take away from my "at desk" computer time.
