Meditate for 1 hr.
Go hit the gym for cardio or lifting for 1 hr.
Be crazy productive until 5pm.
Meditate for 1hr at 8pm.
Sleep at 9pm.
Doing that with a clean diet (vegan for me) has made me more productive than I've ever been. I get twice as much done now than I ever did before.
