What time to do wake up in the morning?



Wake up at 5 am.

Meditate for 1 hr.

Go hit the gym for cardio or lifting for 1 hr.

Be crazy productive until 5pm.

Meditate for 1hr at 8pm.

Sleep at 9pm.

Doing that with a clean diet (vegan for me) has made me more productive than I've ever been. I get twice as much done now than I ever did before.
 
depending on that day of the week its either 6:34 or 7:19. I dont know WTF thats about? Its same with or, with out alarm. Anyone else get up on the same minute each day?
 
10:15ishi need to start getting up earlier but the downside to waking up earlier means going to sleep earlier and 12-3am are some of my productive times

Every single day? That takes a lot of discipline.
 
to be true its not fixed. Some times 7 am then some times 9 AM. I'm my own boss so who cares if I'm gonna late..
