Quit my job as a software engineer back in Dec and became an affiliate marketer making more than I ever did at my job.

Ever see one of those polished stainless steel Curro carts? Well I operate one of those, practicing up to one day maybe by my own.

I was a communications tech up till jan 2007. i quite an live on wickedfire. Havent made the money i was making a week yet, but dont care because i will.

I'm one of those homeless guys that breaks into people's homes to use their computer. Then I say inane and pointless things, and people feel sorry for me and use the mace instead of tazers.

Uh oh, homeowner's back, gotta go.

I don't work.

But that 'rounding up monkeys' gig sounds like something I'm cutout for.

I'm the shop bitch.

No really, I'm a customer service rep for a truck rental and lease company. Aka I get all the fun shit no one else wants to do that's not mechanical.

It pays the bills.

I'm the shop bitch.

See, I told you I round up monkeys. Now bend over and take it like a chimp.

I'm currently working as a Production Artist at a permission based email marketing firm here in Toronto.

Innnteresting responses, thanks everyone! My curiosity has been satisfied.

*off to go play with pandas*

I do this. Actually been working on some scripts the last couple of months, done nothing on my existing sites but still earn quite well :)

I work as a chef. Trust me kids, don't go to culinary school. No matter what they tell you and no matter how tempting the late night infomercial looks... being a professional chef is NOT a fun or rewarding job. It sucks on every level imaginable which is why I'm trying to make affiliate marketing my full time job.

well i am being forced to study..i like making websites even though my coding skills are zero..i got crap domains which sometimes ell for good pocket money ..and yeah a full time lover :D

I was looking at the stats thread yesterday and saw all the big numbers *drools*. Made me wonder, do most of you have regular jobs and just do this on the side, or do you do it full-time? And if you used to have jobs when did you decide to quit and make money on the internet full-time?? Just curiooous. :)

I do this full time, (about 1 hour a week this month) and in the summer I am a beach guard, so I keep fit and meet women.
