Weird MSN Rankings WTF?

Look at the blogspot listings for the keyword airline tickets in MSN Search.
http://search.msn.com/results.aspx?q=airline+tickets&FORM=MSNH
They have no content whatsoever, and they are ranking high in msn just with the keyword in the domain.

How is this possible?

okay well checking on their link popularity the first one has 3555 backlinks in MSN search. that's one factor.
But why did it get indexed so high with no content?

they are spamming, there should be a redirect, for the last few days someone had the top 5 for "buy viagra" on google.

What's the problem with it? The visitor sees places to get airlines tickets at http://airlineticketsi.blogspot.com/
The other ones he ballsed up though.

Looks like one of the ranking algos I used to know :fart:

Basically, MSN is still developing it's search. Fine tuning a ranking formula takes time and experience and ..yes...trial and error.

So for the time being, they put too much weight on the domain name.

They'll learn.
