Definitely. If you think that buying one type of linkbuilding package will get you to the first page of Google like magic, you're kidding yourself. No matter how good the package is, you need to diversify your portfolio and get links from many, many different places if you ever hope to get to the top. Why? Because natural linkbuilding won't only be from high PR blog comments or shitloads of forum profiles. When a website is backlinked naturally, it has links from all over the place. I'm getting about 100k/month backlinks through Xrumer but I can't rank from that alone. Even if I had 1,000,000+ backlinks from Xrumer per month it wouldn't be enough for competitive niche's.
Basically what makes this package work is the fact that you're getting backlinks from an AUTHORITY website that's RELATED to your niche (at least in Google's eyes) due to the fact that every property has a UNIQUE article with keyphrases that are related to what you're trying to rank for. To give it an extra boost, 100 blog comments are pointed towards each property to give it a bit of a boost and make it even more authoritative to your keyphrase. But if you want this to actually work well, 100 blog comments to each property really isn't enough. After you do this, blast about 1,000 Xrumer backlinks to each property with each anchor related to your keyphrase. Be careful if your niche isn't extremely competitive though. Due to the authority of these properties, they can easily outrank your money site in non competitive niche's.
Personally since my monthly SEO budget is so high, I'm going to blast about 10,000 Xrumer backlinks to each of these properties over time (maybe 6-12 month's time). This will make these properties even more authoritative and will give my site an even bigger boost. If I were to make a suggestion to the OP, I would suggest that they offer a larger number of blog comments and/or Xrumer profiles to be put behind these properties. 1,000 to each property would be MUCH more effective. Of course the price would probably go up (unless he's either a really nice guy or just plain crazy), but it'd be worth it.
