Marriage: If, in a marriage, the wife cheats and has kids by another man, later they divorce and according to recent precedents, the man still has to pay child support, why can't the man sue the woman for damages due to breach of contract of marriage

If the husband who did not father the child for whom he is expected to pay child support continues to co-habit with the wayward wife who conceived the child of another man, once under the same roof, they spend a single night, it is perceived by the Courts that the husband forgives the wife the indiscretion, assuming of course, that he knows the child is not his. The same holds true for a wife who is beaten by her husband. If she returns to cohabit with him, the Courts conclude that the wife forgives the husband and they begin over, so to speak.

So someone got beaten up, and the fact that she still choose to cohabit means the whole thing is okey dokey. Yet when that same person got PAID, then it can't be consensual.

Feminazis have very strange idea of "believable" consent. One told me that she can't believe a rich daughter would want to be a sexual play thing of the rich.

In any case, marriage law is so shitty, I can't believe anyone would consent to get married. At least not if they can write their own contract, but if you write your own contract 90% out of 100 it'll be like me pay she fuck. That kind of contract is illegal.

If your idea of healthy relationship is you pay for and only for your child, don't get married. You already have that outside marriage. So what's marriage for?
 


Most of the US laws are fucked up especially when it comes to husband-wife issues

Courts will always choose whats best for the kid, they don't give a fuck if its your kid or not.

Note: Can't turn a ho into a housewife.

It doesn't make any kind of logical sense though. Why not just go after the guy who got her pregnant?

On the other side of it, I think if the wife cheats and gets pregnant by the other man, that other man has no real rights at all since the couple is still married. Not 100% sure about it, but fucked up if that is entirely true.

What if the wife doesn't identify the other man? What if she's such a slut that she doesn't know who the other man is? The court is always going to decide in favor of the child.

Letting people take children as hostages is a low, deplorable act and can be used to steal even more money from us. This is exactly how the European welfare states work, where single mothers get so many benefits that there is zero economic incentive to work or stay married. Being a single mom has become a viable career and it's going to bankrupt nations if not dealt with.

I'm also tired of seeing the same starving African children used to fund the hordes of marketing and admin people in so called 'charity' organisations. Last I checked, these orgs give a $100 commission to new signups from the affiliate networks that run them.
 
Thank god I got married to a decent woman and actually did research as to what she and her family was like before I got married. She got a little upset at first when I told her marriage is like entering into a business partnership, but if a woman can't get over being told that and have some sort of understanding then you probably shouldn't marry her.

That is a fine strategy. However, counting that your women is decent is like counting on your business partner is honest.

I'd count on fair contract any time.

It does greatly reduce girls' incentive to pick a man that's rich enough to afford a child. In fact, such men would run away from her due to that law. Obviously the law doesn't take into account that.

It's not even for the best interest of the child. The number of child with rich dad is less because of these laws. The real interest is genocide against the rich. Tall Poppy syndrome.

It's just one out of so many ways poor voters want to justify grabbing money from the rich to fund their own kids.

If you think your business partner isn't honest then you shouldn't do business with him. It doesn't matter how many contracts you have in place, because if he's not honest it doesn't matter. I've gotten fucked about the same percentage on both a hand shake and with contracts. Shitty people are shitty people.

My wife and I started dating right after I had gone broke and was living at my mothers house. If she thought she was going to get something out of me she would have had to of been certifiably insane. Not all women are horrible and not all marriages are bad. Not all divorces are bad either. Sometimes people can still act like adults.

Most people are horrible judges of character or they're just desperate to not be alone. So they end up selecting a partner that isn't worthy of their time or money. It's a good idea to date women who's been married / in a long term relationship (living together) and had a kid. You can see exactly how she behaves towards her ex. Then you have a pretty good idea how she'd act if something happened between you two. My wife had a kid from a previous relationship that had ended about 3 months before I started dating her (I had known her for close to a decade before that though). Her ex was a complete asshole through the whole thing and I know for a fact some of the things he was saying was a lie, because like I said I had known her for a long time. She didn't want to stoop to that level, because she knew it would only hurt her daughter and there was no way he'd act rationally. That was a big factor in me marrying her. If something does happen between us I know the chances are good she won't go bat shit insane and we can work something out like adults and at least remain friends. I know it's possible for two people to remain friends after divorce, because my parents did it. My dad would still come over and hang out with us (his kids). He'd have dinner, watch tv, help with homework, etc. That stopped once my mom started seeing someone, but that's kind of expected I guess. I would tell my current girl friend / wife to deal with it, but not everyone is okay being alone like I am.
