Yeah that was for the WEB 2.0... Never saw any penalties, but of course I did randomize with a couple RAW URLs. The 2nd tier get tons of anchor diversity... Actually the vblogs, boonex and jcow do too.. Those are the best links yet that I've tested with...Call me cray, I would say this method is safe for a new site, but again, use caution as this will certainly push a ton of juice to any site. It's def worked in the past on plenty of new sites... If you want to wait, I will test on a new site I'm building and let you know how it turns out!

There are some restrictions, I need to be more clear on that... You can always PM me to discuss ideas...

The amount of links you get from the big package, that are quality, is about 300-400 sometimes a lot more... I try to scrape and avoid posting on the same targets over and over again... The total amount of links pointing at the first tiers are in large volume... I can't give a definitive number, but it's a lot!
 
my site has more than 4000 backlinks and recently panda crushed my site and dropped most of my keywords from top to bottom of the page, some of them few pages, so do you think this will help my site to recover from lates panda update and what kind of guarantee you can give that this will not hurt my site even more
note: i have changed the content after crushed and doing lots of linkbuilding but no results so far
