My review:

Speed: 5/5 I got my report delivered in a couple of hours after submitting my order info.

Communication: 5/5 No problems here. Sent in my info, got my report, can't get any more straightforward then that..

Price: I got this as a free review, so can't say much about the price until I see what this will do to my serps..

Quality: 5/5 These look like legit sites, that have PR from 1-5 (got my links on 2 PR5 sites), and they also have a bunch of facebook likes (up to 2,000), tweets and a few Google +1's so it looks like they have good social proof.

Overall: 4,7/5 I give it such a score because of the fact that these are footer links and I haven't had many good experiences with them, but if these bring me good SERP movement then I will come back and fix my score :)

Thanks for the detailed review, daseoman. Appreciate the focus on QUALITY because we really do want people to know that our sites are of high hand-picked quality and boast of ACTUAL genuine social stats (Facebook likes, Twitter mentions and Google +1s) AND MOST IMPORTANTLY they look LEGIT with REAL CONTENT, CUSTOM DESIGN and actual webmasters that CARE about their sites.

I got my report in less then 24 hours after accept.
The Pr of the site is 3 to 6 which is very high for this low price.
All site look clean with high quality design no template but actual custom design site that look whitehat.

- Major state music industry site
- complete with actual artist picture and custom design & slider etc even there is audio apps on there
- Link is integrated in very clean way
- No bad links in neighbourhood
- recent events posted on the site and social activity
- Pr 5 site

#2 site
- personal site about woman who claim to be witch with actual book shop and active userbase and recent article posted
- site have facebook share google plusses tweets and social active
- currently it says 349 user online
- only 2 obl on my page
- more then 10.000 stumble shares
- site is pr3

#3 site
- site is pr6
- non profit site from arts and education organization
- site listing major festival and stories from people involved into the NGO
- Many shares and social active site
- site is real like all other sites i got very real in fact

#4 site
- Pr 3
- personal site about a persons adventures in the city with many nice well written posts with images and so on
- custom designed site
- many social share again
- owner of site is hosting events and posts this on site with what looks like module


#5 site
- site about how it is to be cool looking which goes into too much detail then I like haha but this is good as it looks very active

Now my site is shortly increased to #2 and #5 with few spaces improvement on first page and we know how hard this is. I think not bad work and worth the money if paid but i got this as free review and this was not OP chose me icetoeskimo gave Op the chance to do so this is fair to all. There were some links for pills, etc next to my links, but I think that's to be expected with these types of networks. 4.4/5.

Overall Review: Too early to say if there is any SERP movement, but I would recommend these links to someone looking for SAPE alternative. The network Sakari is using is not disclosed, but seems to be targeting english sites with US/UK tld's, which I think is probably another advantage over SAPE links. All in all, I would recommend this service if you are looking for high-pr alternative black hat sidebar and footer links outside of the SAPE network.

Speed: Speed of the work was really good
Communication: I felt troubled while communicating initially but as things got better it felt like 2 close friends were communicating.
Price: Prices are reasonable but it would be too soon to say that the service was affordable or cheap until we don't get complete results from the links.
Quality: The quality of these sites is good, the PR seems legit, and the content is excellent. The PR of the site ranges from PR2 to PR5 and along with that, these sites are completely powered with the great support of Social Media.
Overall Review: 4.75/5, It would be too soon to check the SERP results but I would like to say that the service is actually appreciable.

Pros: Legitimate site, frequently updated to this day
Cons: Looks to be hacked (re: frequently updated), my link is below the footer next to ORM, cholesterol, and foreign anchors. This is a churn and burn site, so I don't care.

Suggestions​

I would suggest rather than just placing a naked anchor on the page, you surround the anchor in text so that it doesn't run on with other anchors. IE: Check out #a#anchor here#/a# for the latest cool shit.

These links will move you, I already know that. His filtering process that he is using (going after sites with social factors) weeds out any thin aff/ex seo sites.

If you're an American, understand the risk-reward and learn what plausible deniability is.

Otherwise, no complaints other than what I mentioned above. OP - sorry for being abrasive in my above post. You can understand how what you did above would make it look as if you were review cherry picking though.

I really thank you for making a honest detailed actually very detailed review on what you recieved considering you could have earned moniez while writing this, God know this is the truth he wrote after carefull analyses.
I am sorry for being a bit of a prick earlier to reviewers and I hope I made amends with all people including adds30 and andyveer as they have mentioned themself. It takes a better person to be upfront and fair to all and I thank icetoeskimos for letting me see the light in this matter.
