So it's okay to really like East Asian culture but I'm a racist for liking Western civilization? Makes absolute sense to me. Would you want Hong Kong to be flooded with Africans? Or would that change the nature of Hong Kong?

Aside from the State protecting its population from force and fraud, a good public education that teaches critical thinking should be one of the few things that should be provided by the State especially in the absence of any regulations on the free market.
A society with a percentage of people who have zero education is an unhealthy society. These people will be the most vulnerable. Maybe that's what you want; so that you can scam them.

My friend who is a linguist just got a diplomatic appointment from the U.S. state department and he had to move to China since Hong Kong is considered a separate country by the U.S. state department and therefore there was no chance of a diplomatic posting within the city.

BTW, I live around many Jews. Many orthodox ones and many non-orthodox ones. I don't have any problem with them. However, I do find their (orthodox ones) treatment of women abhorrent. They (the orthodox ones) also tend to think goys are sub-human which I also find abhorrent. The orthodox ones could also do more to assimilate.
