I ordered at the same time as EMP or slightly before, and my project is not complete yet.
I also haven't seen any positive serp movement even the project has been in progress for a few weeks.

What you get
You get a very responsive contact here on WF and a login into their project management backend.
Here the team working on the submission can leave you messages(for example to clarify requirements, etc..) and files.
The system will also send you a notification of new messages / files , which felt a bit chatty at times.
You can also update yourself on the process done on the project.
End report
The end report is delivered via the reporting backend as well.
Coming as. zip files, I was nicely surprised by the contents.
I got all the .doc files of the used texts, comprehensive excel sheets on the overall project as well as each subpart (Article submissions, blog posts, press releases, web2.0 properties, etc..). These are organized in folders.
Included is also the fake name and adress info used for all submissions.
What went well
The service went extremely smoothly. I did not have time to answer a lot of questions / interact with the team, so they figured the solutions out for themselves.
The articles are OK, and all the links and properties I checked are intact and existent.
What could be improved
There was some confusion in the beginning regarding passwords and some in the middle of the project, as the project management interface went down for a few days.
The naming of the folders could also be improved a bit. With names like "AS", "BP", etc.. it took me a bit to figure out (Article Submissions, Blog Posts)

A great service at a great asking price. I have not seen this amount of work done diligently for this sum anywhere.
