I got a Level 1 for a fairly new site of mine.
The report was very well layed out and included a screenshot from RankTracker of my before and after rankings.
Everything promised in the package was delivered.
Upon delivery of the report I had gone for the #10 spot to #7. Today (4 days after the report) it is now in the #6 spot, which I attribute 100% to this package, because I have done nothing else to the site since then. My guess is that is will continue to help boost the sites rankings over the next few weeks. I'll post again if I see more movement.
Overall, I think this is a really good service and I'll be ordering it for some of my other sites.

Speed: The project was delivered within the promised time-frame of 7-15 days.
Communication: Good response time.
Price: Decent. Excellent link diversity and a good number of total links. Worth the money.
Quality: The articles were decent, though not necessarily readable if you were using them for an actual blog you wanted people to read/

1. Bookmarks to Main Site - 74 out of 125 were found
2. Web 2.0 Properties - 34 out of 40 were found
3. Articles Directory's - 35 of 40 found.
Ran Copyscape on Web 2.0 and Article Directory Articles.
