"The Walking Dead" premiere tonight on AMC



I like some of the characters, but a lot seem very melodramatic.

Agreed 100%, first two episodes were stellar, 3rd one wasn't so good and a bit slow, but you need these episodes to set up the rest of the series. Hopefully the 4th is as good as 1 and 2.
 
#3 was pretty slow. Let's hope for a better #4

I just watched the 1st episode and had to run out at night on some errands and I gotta say, man, it felt a little odd driving around, especially where I am and not a lot going on..lol...
 
I like the show so far, but the latest one was a little on the boring side. Heard the comic is pretty awesome.
 
I found myself getting unusually frustrated with the scene where that girl's sister got bit and her sister was hovering over her crying.. That scene lasted for fucking ever, just them going back and forth between 2 camera angles showing the dying girl and her sister's nasty crying face for what seemed to be literally 2 minutes.

Otherwise good episode.

Lol my exact thoughts. The scene was being dragged and dragged for no reason whatsoever. The crying one even had spit leak out of her mouth. It was epic.

Yep, agreed....just glad somebody finally got eaten though.
 
Well, 1 more episode left apparently? With only 6 episodes, I really hope the downtime between seasons is kept to a minimum.
