Honestly this thread has probably been one of the most helpful to me. I've been doing the pomodoro technique using the a simple pomodoro program i download that countsdown 25-5-25-5-25-5-25-30.
Somethings i'm doing to help me is: i exit out of all distraction sites, put on a some songs and go to work.
Some problems i'm having is i get in the zone sometimes and go over a few minutes. Also around the 2nd or 3rd pomodor i get a little restless and distracted and only go for 20 minutes. Any more advice or tips you guys do?
