As far as a results - it's been two days, and my site has jumped from the fourth spot - where I'm been stuck for 2 months - at incredibly competitive vertical to the 2nd spot. Now, this isn't a 10th page to 2nd page jump, from nowhere to a small blip, but a much harder climb within the 1st page results.
