Hi,

You have the first two correct but that's only the price for the first order made. It's then $15 and $20 per package so 2 x(4,000 <--- 32,000 <--- 60,000) would actually be $40 instead of $30

At least 4k unique domains are guaranteed to be used throughout the first tier but more are used throughout the entire list of tiers.

Yes you can give me words for city, country, etc...
