So I've created multiple websites (10+) that have quite a few pages within them.

Now I'm searching for a concrete SEO "starter" plan if you will.

Looking to keep costs relatively low obviously, was just curious if anyone had some gems they'd like to share that are tried and true.

I've spent some time researching and if I only had a single website, I'd just be buying social bookmarks, submitting my RSS feed to all the RSS feed aggregators, doing drip directory submissions, article marketing & pinging all those backlinks with something like PingDevice.com, but idk if that's sustainable over a shit ton of sites.

Any advice is much appreciated, and thanks for taking some time to help out.

OP mang just find you teh most popular seo services on fiverrs and try dem till rankin ya.
 
To start, find people that will drop manual blog comments on blogs relevant to your niche, spin your anchors well, you will probably murder anyone attempting to do SEO on a budget with this strategy alone. You can always do them yourself. d_diggler is right, don't quit your day job until you have at least 6 months of savings to live off of :)

Google has targetted the majority of those links in recent weeks and they're now more or less valueless in isolation.

Not at all. Didn't appreciate the format, but nonetheless thank you for any advice given.

As far as sticking to one site, they're all related. There are 21 but they all pertain to the same industry.

And I'm not against spending money on multiple campaigns, I'm just not looking to throw money at a pointless endeavor, which is why I'm asking for clarification on different strategies.
