To all the guys here that said "get a part time job" I'd go further and say get a full time hustle. It's 90% easier to to this when you have a war chest. If you're worried about making rent off your Fiverr gigs it'll be too stressful & you'll not be able to concentrate.
There are 24 hours in a day. Say 8 for sleep, 8 for work, leaves 8 for everything else. You can be working your hustle on the bus on the way to and from work, during lunch hours, breaks, on the shitter (don't laugh). Just get a phone with 3G and a VPS, you can still be productive.
Most of the successful peeps here started out doing "Interwebz Stuffs" on the side and gradually built up to full time over a year or two. You'll burn out if you try to make full time income from Fiverr / xyz $5 hustles meng.
