That feel when your heating stops working in the middle of the night

Bad joke I know. Op is from Croatia, it's not a shithole

It's Slovenia broski, you were close though what tipped you off? BTW, I got one dude to come today and apparently some chipset is malfunctioning and he'll bring it tomorrow morning.

Lol, yesterday I didn't have electricity for about 6 hours and since I have only electrical heating I was in a similar situation.

Last Halloween I got snowed in at a party with 20 other people.

A tree fell across the road and took down the power lines, shutting off the heat (electric), and preventing anyone from leaving the dead end street the house was on.

After a few hours of waiting around in the freezing house, we decided to chop up and burn all of the furniture in the fireplace.

It was a good time.

Wondering why you didn't chop the tree up instead...

I always keep a propane heater onhand just in case of power outage or something.

In 1976 my state had phenomenal snowfall. Up to 10 feet in some areas. Many people died due to them not being prepared. I don't want to end up like them, just in case.
