I know this is WF, so posting this comes at somewhat of a risk, but nonethless, can't hurt to try.
Ok, so I have xMarkPro - The Online Marketer's Dream. Launched it about 6 weeks ago, and so far fairly happy with things. Nice, constant influx of customers, but not too much, which was good. Had the time to smooth over initial bumps, receive & implement feedback, etc. Now I'm 100% confident in things, know there's a market for it, and it's time to step things up a notch.
Problem is, I'm excellent at what I do, but sales & marketing isn't it. I'm the guy who can take highly technical operations, and ensure they run like a well oiled machine. As an example, take a high-end restaurant. I'm the head chef behind the scenes, meticously taking care of every detail, and ensuring the guys in the front have the tools & resources needed to deliver perfection. Try to get me attracting customers in the door, or taking orders though? Well, not exactly my forte. Loads of others far more qualified than me for that.
I need a simple influx of say 100 customers. That will provide me with the needed funding to get this operation setup to where it needs to be, and deserves to be. Only question is, how? Hence why I came to you beautiful people looking for answers.
Buying tweets and FB likes for $10 here and there is obviously useless, forum marketing isn't any good unless you want to become an active member of 80 forums, I'm not willing to buy e-mail lists and spam them, xrumer is definitely out, not counting on SEO anytime soon, etc. I could try looking for affiliates, but I already know I could contact 500 people, 150 will take interest, 40 of those will actually look into things, 15 will agree to promote it, 4 will actually promote it, and I'll get say 10 sales out of it. Not quite worth it considering the time investment.
So test time. You have this high-end marketing software solution, and you're highly confident that if you play your cards right, it will be talked about within the online marketing industry just as much as xrumer, ScrapeBox, among others. Yet, you're still brand new, things are looking up, but you need to step it up a notch in order to get to that next level. What would you do?
Any and all advice appreciated!
