I would suggest you not running anything with them now, I've heard many people are having problems with them. The new AM isn't any better, I think she just got introduced to affiliate marketing so she doesn't know much.

I am sad to see this....My $6200 Wire is now Net 100 I guess.....In the past few months I had been told that they had a returned check even though I had been previously wired and then told it was because my W9.....Now they just say "They are doing their best" which doesn't make sense to me the "best" would seem to be to send it via my selected payment method....In 7 years it's for sure the strangest thing that a large network has done to me

At least they're getting back to you. I cannot even get them to pick up a phone much less reply on email.
 
There are only 3 people total in their company. One of the founders (Lin) travels non-stop on borrowed money. The other (Andrew) doesn't give a fuck and the third employee is new and doesn't know a thing about marketing.
 
The thing that gets me is I had honestly been trying to get paid to run more traffic, I kept saying if you pay me I'll get the volume back up I guess they don't like to make money either.
