Yeah I've heard about this and the X-Ray backscatter vans, but I haven't really heard any more info on this stuff lately. This stuff just pisses me off so I've stopped trying to stay on top of it.

That's some messed up, yet inevitable shit.

Pretty sure learning algorithms will easily be able to put two 'shady' looking faces together + a swapping motion and send it straight to some cunt in a room with a a badge to review. Next thing you know they know exactly who are you and have cops at the door for buying a little weed.

What about learning the exact way you walk? I admit I saw this shit in 'Spooks' a while back but they were capturing all the different variables in someones unique walk and then able to find this person just by applying a search for that specific walking style over all the CCTV cameras.

It's interesting (yet, evil) stuff, I can't imagine any 'freedom' my future kids may have living in the US or the UK.
 
That's nothing, Obama plans to have the new bedroom edition of CommyCam installed in every American home by 2013.

Not only will it make sure you're not up to anything illegal, it'll also tell you how to fuck you wife properly.
 
Its like analytics for cars. Click a picture of every license plate number at every intersection, store it, then u can track the people. U can make fancy graphs, see where people are keeping or spending money. If a crime occcures just go back to the previous days data and see who was in that area at a specific time.

The country is broke as a joke we dont have the money for this bs. Yet they keep spending and spending like no big deal. Fire them all... Everyone.
 
Yeah, I always tend to look at things like this from the perspective of myself, a good citizen. Does a street light watching me walk impede on my freedom? Does the ability to detain me for terrorism impede on my freedom? I'm not a terrorist and I'm not a criminal. It wouldn't bother me any more than security cameras at stores/airports/casinos that watch what I do. Why are you against things that would cut crime?

I always find it overly dramatic when people take issues like this and say "Oh noez America is losing the freedom we once all loved and cherished!"

We still are the land of the free.
