I believe there's too many factors about this but the only potentially unsafe method I'm aware of is having too many indexed links pointing to your sites at once. My service offers staggering across 30 days so yes it should be safe for whatever sites. You can always try and make a constructive analysis afterward =)

Okey one Speed 12 ordered now.. I love services like this...Set it once a month and the let it run... Bring up scrapebox a few times and blast :)

nah I meant that I will be sending Sb links to the profiles :) ordinary commenting just adding juice to the profiles
 
UPDATE

The reports are still rolling in and they're still of advertised PR. No results from this yet, but I don't expect there to be for several months. No SEO efforts will rank you overnight. That's a fact.

Hi there, just click the "Click here to order" buttons on the first post for your desired speed package and it'll redirect you to paypal. After a successful transaction click "Return to merchant" and you will be forwarded to a form where you will submit your keywords, URLs, etc.
