Ya, it's always the same. Good site will rank better than shit site given the same backlinks. Those of you building good sites know this and enjoy it. I've seen it with LL (filtered grey links thru white) client work (white on white) and now with SGW (black as your soul, head like a hole)..never changes.

Good question. I have about 20 PM's asking the same thing regarding ordering now and blasting later. Here's the official stance:
***OFFICIAL STANCE ON ORDERING NOW AND BLASTING LATER***
Any blasts ordered before the price increase have to go live by Sunday, October 30 2010 at 9PM EST. No exceptions. Please don't blow up my PM box asking if you can have an exception.
In case that wasn't abundantly clear:
1) If you don't have a site built and you're not ready to blast it by Sunday, don't pre-order it.
2) Don't PM me asking if you can have an exemption to #2. Unless you're just being a smartass fucker like me, then I'll probably lulz a bit before deleting it.
For the ADD inflicted among us: Prices go up tonight, don't order unless you're ready to blast this week. Kthnxbye.
