- paid ads as an alternative but reduce this method
- boost other channels such as email, direct etc
- join forums for nicche
 
Well there are literally million options so it all depends on your budget, your campaign goals and the niche that you operate in.

If you are just starting out, I would recommend to start with free traffic such as:

1. Working on your SEO (both On-Site and Off-Site)
2. Posting relevant blog comments on authority websites in your niche (people might visit your site if they like your opinions)
3. Guest Posting on authority websites and posting a URL in your author bio
4. Social Media (Anything from joining relevant groups all the way to interacting with comments on pages and people's profiles)
5. Joining relevant forums and providing value first, then posting a link in your signature if the it's allowed of course
6. You might as well try YouTube and video traffic

On the other hand, paid traffic can give you much faster results but also you get burnt if you don't know what you're doing. I would recommend this only if you have the knowledge and relevant experience, or at least to start small and test things out (do some split-testing and optimize your campaigns until your average cost per sale is smaller than your average earnings per sale)

Another thing which I didn't see anyone mentioned is offline traffic. This might be feasible if you have a local business or sell something locally, and even though you might not live in the area that you sell to, you can hire people at Fiverr for example (which is very cheap) to place flyers and/or brochures for you. This strategy can be very powerful but only for certain businesses (You might offer coupons and discounts through loyalty affiliate marketing, for any kind of physical or digital products)
